[Full remote] Product Manager

Responsibilities

Develop a roadmap to realize your product vision
*
Project planning and clarification of priorities
*
Progress management and facilitation of the entire development project
*
Planning, requirement definition, and specification formulation for new functions and functional improvements
*
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in connection with the above
*
Collection and analysis of VOCs after the release of new functions, continuous improvement of products, reporting, etc.

*

*
Tech stack:Elixir, Phoenix, Vue, Typescript, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, AWS

Eliminate technical debt, adopt new technologies, and encourage experimentation with innovative ideas

Many of the in-house engineers are foreign nationals, so there are plenty of opportunities to use English
Required

Experience in developing web services for BtoB.
*
Experience in consulting with multiple internal stakeholders to develop and lead implementation plans based on product strategy.
*
Experience in product development with an in-house engineering team using agile development methods.
*
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
*
Experience using Figma to shape the future of the product and evolve it with feedback from customers and internal members.
